"There are events that divide our lives OUR VISION
Every person with brain injury and/or their families will be able to obtain information about services they need. As a result of services and education, brain injuries resulting from trauma can be greatly diminished. The only cure for for traumatic brain injury is prevention. OUR MISSION
Prevent Before - Assist After The Chattanooga Area Brain Association will work to reduce brain injury through education and prevention efforts and will assist brain injury survivors and their families to improve the quality of their lives. OUR PURPOSE The Chattanooga Area Brain Injury Association is organized to provide a network of support groups, information, and resources to those having a brain injury and their families in the Tennessee counties of Bledsoe, Rhea, Meigs, McMinn, Grundy, Sequatchie, Hamilton, Marion, Bradley, and Polk and a few northern counties in Georgia and Alabama. We have committed ourselves to goals that will bring attention to brain injury, its related problems and the services needed to handle them. CABIA is a Non-Profit 501-c-3 organization that receives an operational grant from the Tennessee Department of Health. |
